The liner for freefly suits is called “Coolmax liner®” and the liner for all suits
that will be going in the tunnel is called “mesh liner”.

- A liner comes standard on all suits on the body area.
- It helps to control the temperature and prevent the suit from sticking to you when you are hot.
- Mesh liner on arms and legs is recommended for those who want high drag as it will help the suit hold up betterand get less “flaping around”.
- Coolmax liner in the freefly suit on arms and legs is for more comfort and temperature control.
- The stiching of your design may be a little rough at first. For more comfort you can add a liner which will cover the stiching.

Coolmax®liner : COOLMAX® fabric is the performance fabric that includes an effective fiber-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, and through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable.This fabric is softer and lighter than mesh liner. It is used in the sky suits.
Coolmax® is not recommended for tunnel use because it will degrade with time due to the high velocity tunnel environment. Mesh liner : This liner is more robust than Coolmax® and its higher rigidity adds drag to the suit.
Since it is stronger than the coolmax, it is the ideal liner for the tunnel suits or sky-tunnel suits.
