Ouragan Suits Policy

1. All orders must be paid for before shipping;
2. All nation wide orders will be sent DHL ground unless specified other ways (except international orders, see #3.);
3. All international orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS);
4. All shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless a prior agreemen is reached, and shipping costs are not refundable;
5. Deposits are not refundable;
6. Gifts certificates are not refundable;
7. A rush fee (if applicable) must be paid with the deposit and is not refundable;
8. A jumpsuit or any other apparel that has been jumped is not returnable or refundable;
9. Any mistake concerning the measurements are the entire responsibility of the person who takes them;
10. Any alteration or repair which is needed as a direct result of a manufacturing error will be free of charge;
11. No alterations will be made after 30 days without alteration fees, regardless of the error;
12. We do not guarantee color fastness on some material. Some colors have a tendency to bleed. The customer will be advised of this. It is their entire responsibility to follow the care instructions given with the apparel. Ouragan is not responsible for any problems regarding color issues due to bleeding or anything else.
13. Flying any apparel designed for skydiving in the wind tunnel will void all warranties;
14. Any special request (that is not a standard feature) will be charged for;
15. All customers will be contacted at time of processing their order. This will be the last opportunity to make any changes regarding measurements, colors, cut, design, etc, without extra charges. If the apparel and/or design are being processed already and changes are requested, the customer will be charged for them;
16. If a customer comes to us with their own design, it should be a complete sketch (shape, color, size, etc.) of all the details of it. The cost of the sewing work will depend on its complexity;
17. If a customer hires us to design the art work, they will be charged for the designer and the sewing work. The cost will depend on its complexity.
18. We process the order based on the date we receive the deposit.
19. The waiting time given at the moment of ordering is an estimate only. This time can be shorten or extended.
